Special Packaging – Christmas Pressies

Wicked Oven just finished its largest order ever – 9 dozens of cupcakes!  Go to our Facebook page to see more photos.

This is a special order from a client who wished to give a more personal and useful present to her staff at an educational centre.  There was a mixture of Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes and Carrot Cupcakes; with glittery decorations and yummy frosting.  The ribbons and label added a touch of the festive spirit.

So if a special occasion is coming up and you have a special request, please feel free to contact us.  We are enthusiastic about making a special occasion even more special with delicate homemade cupcakes!

The Reveal…First Day Out

I have finally got the goods out of the oven and launched.  I was invited to Mums@Work inaugural Networking Day on 11 November 2010, at the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations.

The theme of my stall was “Free Food for Feedback”.  As this is the first time I am feeding complete strangers, they would be perfect to give me feedback.  I had 4 items displayed;

  1. Broccoli Frittata Bites
  2. Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes
  3. Ham and Cheese Muffins
  4. Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes

All items were well received mainly due to their size – all items could be eaten in just 2 bites!  The ladies all loved it as it meant that they could eat more than 1 item and not feel guilty.  As all of the participants were mums, they also raved about how it would be great for their kids since most children would not be able to finish a regular-sized pastry/cupcake/muffin.

Here are some photos to share.  Have a look at my menu…Wicked Oven is still evolving and trying to find its feet.  Any feedback or orders are welcomed.
